Once your order is accepted, you, the client agrees to accept the terms and conditions as set out below.
21st Century CVs act under a strict client confidentiality procedure throughout its operations and is registered with number: Z9836109 under the Data Protection Act 1998 and will take every reasonable precaution to protect client particulars and information. 21st Century CVs collects personal information voluntarily sent by clients; and such information is used to compile CVs and in other related career change management services only. 21st Century CVs will only divulge any personal information upon specific request of the respective client as part of its distribution services and will store such information in its secure internal systems unless expressly requested otherwise. A client is deemed to consent to personal information being used as before-mentioned by submitting such data.
21st Century CVs will not sell or rent personal identifiable information to any third party for any purpose. Under The Data Protection Act a client is entitled to obtain all data held on them for a fee of £10.
All CVs or other documents prepared by 21st Century CVs will be revised free of charge until the client is satisfied, however the client will be deemed to be satisfied in this respect one month from the date of submission of the relevant document
21st Century CVs will use its best endeavours to process all orders within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt of cleared payment and of all requested information during the working week subject to the client being available should any further information be required. In the unlikely event of the order not be processed within a reasonable amount of time, the client will be entitled to a full refund but 21st Century CVs will not be liable to any further losses therefore.
Payment should be made in full with all orders and all credit/debit cards are subject to validation approval and all cheques or other forms of payment should be cleared before the contract is deemed to have been accepted by 21st Century CVs. Prices are subject to change without notice. The right to revoke use of the services offered is discretionary.
It is agreed that the client will fully indemnify 21st Century CVs from and against all claims, damages and liabilities arising out of breach of these Terms and Conditions or out of the use of the services and associated websites.
If 21st Century CVs distribute a client’s CV to recruitment agencies and employers, no response is guaranteed from them, but any response will be forwarded if possible.
21st Century CVs can accept no liability for any delays or loss in delivery of any services caused outside agencies. All post is sent first class in UK but please allow 4 days from the date of despatch. In the event of non-delivery clients should please contact 21 st Century CVs after ascertaining from the Post Office that the package or letter is not being held for them. 21st Century CVs will then send a duplicate of the lost delivery to the client.
In the most unlikely event of the client not being satisfied, please immediately contact 21st Century CVs by email or letter
Clients undertake by submitting an order that the information they submit will not contain any false or harmful material or that which infringes copyright, trade mark and intellectual property rights and will indemnify 21st Century CVs from any losses, liability and expenses resulting from the use of their website and services.
The use of this Web site or product and the documents when downloaded or installed by you are for your personal use only. You may not use the documents for any commercial purpose whatsoever and the copyright in them belongs to Hart Enterprises London Ltd trading as 21st Century CVs. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from this Web site or product.
In no event shall 21st Century CVs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the documents, this Web site, product or the telephone support service whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, except in relation to death or personal injury for which no limit shall apply. The liability of 21st Century CVs for direct loss arising out of the use of the documents, this Web site, product and the telephone support service whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise is limited to the total value of the transactions under which the claim arises for any one event or series of connected events. Use of the website is entirely at the client’s risk and the site is provided without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
21st Century CVs take no responsibility for any misrepresentation or legal proceedings caused by the services provided and takes no responsibility for any errors, either content or typographical, or for a client missing a particular application deadline and subsequent loss.
This contract is written within the sole jurisdiction of English courts and according to The Law of England. These terms and conditions do not affect statutory rights in any way.
